Table Tennis Player to Represent NZ

Alex Clarkson has been selected to be part of a NZ team next month.

Alex Clarkson has been selected for the the New Zealand under-12 team travelling to Australia.

He has been selected as one of two New Zealand under-12 boys to compete at the ITTF-Oceania Hopes Week and Challenge in Tweed Heads, Australia, from April 1.

Alex has been playing table tennis for about four years with the 38mm Table Tennis Club, and played for Table Tennis Otago at several regional and national championships last year. Along with Isaac Hobbs, he won the Dunedin Intermediate Competition representing Tahuna last year.
