Looking forward to term 4

If we thought this term was busy and action packed with opportunities - just wait for next term!

Term four is shaping up to be a very action packed.  During week one some classes will be catching up their winter tramps after the polar blast last week stopped us heading out.

Week two is our Marae week study with the year 7's looking at many of the customs and traditions of Maori.  There will poi, haka, hangi, harakeke, tukutuku panel making and waiata during this week.

We are also very fortunate to have three weeks of biking lessons from DCC programme.  The children are encouraged to bring their own bikes and helmets.

There will be many more sporting opportunities with Futsal, touch, cricket and athletics just to name a few.
