Year 8 News

Like the Year 7's the Year 8 team have been busy researching Dunedin's history for our Kiatiaki projects. Some of the students have been out and about visiting or planning trips trips to University of Otago, the Seacliff Asylum and other historical sites. I am really looking forward to our project presentations.

We have also been busy climbing at Long Beach. So far we have managed to get awesome weather for our trips. It has been great to see so many students pushing themselves to new heights!!

The last two weeks of term 3 we have four classes out on camp at Waiora Scout Camp. Week 9 Room's 9 and 11 are out and in week 10 Room's 14 and 16 are out - A huge thanks to all the parents/caregivers that have offered to help out so far. We can't so it without you. If you would like to be a part of your child's camp please contact your classroom teacher.

So much happening and a lot to come!
