Zoom with China!

Today Room 6 video conferenced our sister school in China.

Room 6 had a Zoom session with China today. Mr. Cook-Bonney took a teaching session first and then we got to break off and Zoom and talk to some students from our sister school about what a school day was like for them. There were lots of similarities but also lots of differences. We found out they have large numbers of students in their classes, around 60 students and that their school day is a lot longer than ours. They start school earlier in the morning and can go until 5.30-6pm at night.  The students were interested in how our school and classroom looked. We found out that their school had two courts and a tiny field compared to our large play area.  We are looking forward to contacting them again next term,
