Putting our maths skills to the test!
This week in maths we have learning about adding decimals and bigger whole numbers together - with the context of shopping for the family!
The task is to create a menu for a family of four for one week. The budget is $190 and we can't repeat meals. Children have to come up with recipes for each meal and ensure the quantities are correct for four people and then add the cost. Each meal and each day has to have a cost breakdown.
