Oamaru Sports Exchange
This year was our first sports exchange with Oamaru Intermediate and what a success!
In Term 2, seven Tahuna sports teams set off to Oamaru to compete in the first sports exchange. We competed in basketball, netball, football, hockey and rugby winning 5 out of the 7 games.
It was an excellent day out, beautiful weather, and such a great opportunity for the students to compete against a school outside of their normal competition. It was great to see the large number of parents coming up to support the teams and getting behind the event.
We look forward to hosting Oamaru Intermediate, here in Dunedin, next year!
