The best reward - a trip to Leap and yummy pizzas for the top chocolate selling class.

After one or two reminders from a very keen class Room 5 got their well-earned trip to Leap this week. Never before has Mr. Owen received every single permission slip for a trip quite as quickly as this!

They said it wasn't possible. The class that wins the overall chocolate selling prize as Year 7's has never gone on to win the prize again as Year 8's. But that just spurred them on and, at a very exciting assembly, the students of Room 5 did indeed take out the prize for the second year running.

Once at Leap and with the safety briefing completed the class sprinted up the stairs and made the most of every single minute of their reward. That wasn't the end of it . As soon as they arrived back at school Mr. Scoles appeared with a giant pile of steaming hot pizzas.

Thanks to all of the class for their efforts in earning the reward and a special thanks to those big sellers who helped boost the numbers sold. In the end every single bar helped secure first prize.
