Year 7 Drama 

We have been very fortunate to have the expertise of Actors Cindy Diver and Julie Edwards teaching drama through identity.

This term the Year 7 students at Tahuna have had three intense sessions of Drama studies. Our students have had the opportunity to show their talents, move outside their comfort zones and develop confidence. They have developed co-operative skills and strategies to express feelings and emotions. Drama is a great vehicle for getting to know and understand the differences in people, culture and traditions. These sessions have provided students with the tools to move forward in our Technology Drama lessons. We feel very privileged to have been able to employ professionals in order to enhance student learning. These sessions have been interactive and fun for all.
