Athletics Day at the Caledonian - Friday 13 October

Final Reminders

As we prepare for Athletics on Friday, can you please ensure you and your child understands the following key points:

- All students know their transport arrangements for both arrival and departure

- Please remind students that they can have their phones, however, they are to be kept in their bag. If they are seen, we will put them in a safe place to be collected at the end of the day.

- Spikes are not to be worn, nor is facepaint

- The forecast is looking great so please send your child with a hat and sunscreen.

- Medication

- If you haven't indicated you need transport please fill out the form below.

- Drop-off time at Caledonian 8:15 am-9am Pick up 2:45pm - 3:15pm. Students catching buses need to be at Tahuna no later than 8:30am and will be returned to Tahuna by 3:15pm

- If you are travelling by bus in the morning please come to the hall.

- Parents & Caregivers are more than welcome to come and watch and support.

Please make sure that your child has the following.

• House colours if they wish and correct PE gear. No face paint please, it is part of the DCC ground rules. No formal uniform.
• Warm clothes
• Plenty to drink
• Packed lunch, no canteen
