ANZAC Tasks - Room 12
Over the week, students have been completing various tasks under the theme of ANZAC.
Some of the tasks required art skills, students were asked to make posters, draw WW1 weapons, write poems, play a game that the soldiers would play as they waited in the trenches called "Come in Spinner!" The objective was to have 2 coins on a stick / ruler / piece of wood and to guess what "face" would be up when the toss was finished. As you can see Evie (Mekalo's dog) was keen to get into the action too! I added some art (not related to ANZAC) from Will Summers also. Students represented in this article are; Gemma, Will, Archie, Mekalo, Nick, Taiaroa, Taylor and Ezra.
