Tahuna had a great day in Oamaru yesterday while competing in the yearly sports exchange. There was some great competition across all sports with some very close games! Oamaru intermediate was the perfect host, a big thanks to them and all of the parents who came along to show support!

If you have any good quality plain paper bags with handles at home that you no longer need. Please bring these into the school office before next Wednesday, so that we can use these carry bags for our Matariki Evening.

This year we are very lucky to have Megan Potiki tutor some of our tamariki in poi. We have purchased some beautiful poi from Potikipoi.co.nz and hope that our friends and whanau support this wonderful enterprise.

On Thursday, 8th of July, the invitation only School Council Disco is being held in the Tahuna School Hall, from 7pm till 9pm, at a cost of $6.00 per student. This charge includes a drink. Water will also be available.
