24 fantastic ambassadors represented Tahuna at Fern Fever day on Friday. Three sporting codes put together a great day at Logan Park to showcase sport for girls. A big thank you to Football South, Otago Rugby and Otago Cricket for providing some great role models for Tahuna girls.

E-Tech Project

This is my wooden box that I made in e-Tech. I used white pine wood, rivets, nails, glue and acrylic. It is 150mm long,and 60mm high, and I varnished it. My favourite part is the acrylic dragon that I laser cut, and stuck in the lid.

Our first beep test!

Room 5 absolutely nailed the beep test for term one. All of the students pushed themselves out of there comfort zones and gave it everything they had in the tank. It was great to see the students encourage and challenge each other.
